These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "You") and h2m88 ("h2m88", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the h2m88 platform, website, and all associated gaming products and services available at h2m88.com. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager through h2m88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You agree to provide any documentation requested to complete this process, including but not limited to a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.5 h2m88 staff will never request your password via any communication channel. Any message claiming to be from h2m88 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. h2m88 supports the following payment methods for Malaysian members: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and FPX. h2m88 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the h2m88 cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited and may be returned to the originating payment method.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. h2m88 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the cashier page, which typically range from 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on payment method and KYC status. h2m88 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification.
4.4 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, unless h2m88 approves an alternative in writing. This policy exists for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on h2m88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees may apply for payments processed through international card networks.
4.6 No Third-Party Payments. You must not deposit funds using a payment account that is not registered in your own name, nor may you receive withdrawals to a payment account not registered in your own name. Third-party payment transactions are a prohibited activity and may result in account termination.
5.1 h2m88 offers bonuses, promotional credits, and other incentives to registered members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. h2m88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: structured betting to exploit bonus terms, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinated play between accounts.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. h2m88 may void duplicate bonus claims at its sole discretion.
5.5 h2m88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes modifying the wagering requirements or expiry date of an active bonus where required for compliance purposes.
6.1 All bets placed on h2m88 are subject to the specific game rules and betting regulations applicable to each product, which are available within the respective game and sports interfaces on the platform.
6.2 Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by h2m88's systems, it is final and binding. h2m88 does not accept bet cancellation requests after a bet has been placed and confirmed, except where h2m88 determines at its sole discretion that an error has occurred (see clause 6.4).
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, game type, and account tier.
6.4 Obvious Errors. In the event that h2m88 publishes odds, prices, or payouts that are materially incorrect due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), h2m88 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. h2m88 will notify affected members and return all voided stakes.
6.5 Live In-Play Betting. For live in-play sports betting markets, bets are accepted subject to live data feeds. Delays in data transmission may affect bet acceptance. h2m88 accepts no liability for bets not accepted due to connectivity issues on the Member's side.
6.6 Mix Parlay. Mix Parlay bets require a minimum number of qualifying legs as specified in the Mix Parlay rules. If one or more legs of a Mix Parlay are voided, the bet is recalculated based on the remaining valid legs in accordance with h2m88's Mix Parlay settlement rules.

9.1 All content on the h2m88 platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video streams, and the compilation thereof, is the property of h2m88 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h2m88 platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any h2m88 content.
9.3 The h2m88 name, logo, and associated brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of h2m88. Unauthorised use of h2m88 trademarks is prohibited.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h2m88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the h2m88 platform.
10.2 h2m88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. h2m88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to platform unavailability.
10.3 h2m88 shall not be liable for losses arising from: events beyond h2m88's reasonable control (force majeure); third-party payment provider outages or delays; telecommunications failures; or actions of third-party game providers.
10.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits h2m88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by h2m88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 h2m88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that the member has breached any provision of this Agreement.
11.2 Upon termination for breach, h2m88 may withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct is identified, balances may be forfeited and referred to relevant authorities.
11.3 Members may close their h2m88 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals and verified account balances will be processed and returned to the member's verified payment method upon closure, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.4 h2m88 reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, following reasonable written notice to the registered email address.
12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h2m88 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of h2m88, you are encouraged to contact h2m88 customer support in the first instance to seek informal resolution. h2m88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through h2m88's internal complaints process, Members may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by h2m88's licensing authority. Details of the relevant escalation pathway are available upon request from h2m88 support.
12.4 Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
13.1 h2m88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, h2m88 will publish a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
13.2 Your continued use of the h2m88 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your account in accordance with Section 11.3 before the amendment takes effect.
